  • Hate speech or discrimination of any kind

3.3 Inappropriate Content (PEGI Compliance)

Content must remain suitable for the game’s age rating. Players must not:

  • Use sexual, explicit, or suggestive language or imagery
  • Share excessively violent, graphic, or disturbing content
  • Use offensive, abusive, or vulgar language
  • Create usernames, avatars, or messages designed to upset or shock others

3.4 Cheating and Unfair Play

  • Using cheats, hacks, mods, or external tools not authorised by us or Nintendo
  • Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an advantage
  • Intentionally ruining matches or gameplay for others

3.5 Disruption of Services

  • Spamming, flooding chat, or repeated unwanted communication
  • Attempting to interfere with servers or online systems
  • Bypassing bans or restrictions

3.6 Privacy and Safety

  • Do not share personal information (your own or others’) such as real name, address, phone number, or school
  • Do not attempt to collect personal information from other players
  • Do not impersonate other players, moderators, or Nintendo representatives

For younger players:

  • Parents/guardians should supervise online interactions where appropriate
  • Players should use Nintendo’s parental controls to manage communication and spending
  • We encourage respectful, kind behaviour at all times

  • Reporting to Nintendo, which may apply Nintendo Account restrictions
  • Reporting to authorities in serious cases

Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion and/or in coordination with Nintendo.
