ABOUT THE GAMES

Otoko Cross: Pretty Boys Dropout!

Enjoy block-sliding puzzles with cute boys!

The boys are back for their biggest and boldest entry yet in Otoko Cross: Pretty Boys Dropout! Featuring 45 stages of block puzzler action, Otoko Cross: Pretty Boys Dropout! brings together a cast of 9 crossdressing “otokonoko” characters, each with their own backstories to discover and a wardrobe of increasingly sexy outfits to unlock.

Slide blocks left and right to match groups of a single colour and clear them to drop character icons towards exits at the bottom of the screen. Some exits need to be unlocked before they can be used, and new block mechanics will be gradually introduced as difficulty ramps up! There’s also a challenge mode to keep you coming back for more quality time with the cute cast! Use the points you earn to unlock outfits and backdrops in any order you like, then assemble them into your own custom dioramas in the enhanced Dressing Room mode.

Features

  • Take on 45 stages of block-sliding puzzle action!
  • Meet a cast of 9 crossdressing “otokonoko” characters, all voiced in Japanese.
  • Master 2 unique game modes, including endless challenges for unlimited replay value!
  • Earn points to exchange for new outfits and backdrops in any order you desire.
  • Assemble custom dioramas using the characters and clothing you’ve unlocked!
  • Includes exclusive nude content not available in the digital version!

Otoko Cross: Pretty Boys Breakup!

Bust some bricks with the boys!

The boys are back and ready for some arcade-style action in Otoko Cross: Pretty Boys Breakup! The original cast of Jules, Quincy, Haru, Morgan and Kyun are joined by 4 newcomers – Canadian martial artist Dakota, Brazilian skater boy Faren, Australian police officer Sydney and Hong Kong airline pilot Bao, all with their own unique backstories and voiced in Japanese. (Some still have cute little foreign accents, but bear with them, they’re trying their best!)

As you play through dozens of challenging brick-breaking stages, you’ll gradually get closer to the boys by spending points you’ve earned in a new in-game shop system to unlock sexy outfits and background images to assemble custom dioramas in Dressing Room mode. Each of the 9 characters starts in regular male attire and will crossdress in the feminine outfits you acquire, from uniforms and skirts to swimsuits and lingerie.

But don’t get cocky! The brick-breaking stages of Pretty Battle will gradually increase in difficulty. In this mode, you’ll control a twin-tailed fighter wielding a beam saber and swat a ball towards block targets above. Some blocks will drop power-ups, while others will take multiple strikes to bust. As the action intensifies, enemy ships will appear and fire at you, propellers will deflect your shots, turrets will track your position and more, adding a bullet hell element that’s ultimately tough but fair. Once you’ve cleared all 36 Pretty Battle stages, you can also push your limits with endless challenges. How long can you endure?

Features

  • Battle through 36 stages of brick-breaking arcade action!
  • Meet a cast of 9 crossdressing “otokonoko” characters, all voiced in Japanese.
  • Change ball speeds, collect power-ups, dodge enemy attacks and deflect incoming fire.

From the publishers.
“Following the hugely successful release of the 1st edition in the Otoko Cross: Pretty Boys series, and adding to the Pretty Girls series, which continues to be among the most popular in our line-up, we felt it was essential for Funbox to add more Pretty Boys to the collection, which push the boundaries even further, on Japanese-made mature content. You can’t show genitalia under certain regional restrictions, for example, but it is possible for European physical release. That’s part of what makes our collaboration with Eastasiasoft so special, to be able to bring collectors and fanservice enthusiasts the type of content they long for.”— Barry Hatch, Managing Director Funbox Media Ltd

From the developers.
“Otoko Cross was my directorial debut, created as a celebration of the style and sub-culture of Japanese “otokonoko” crossdressing. As long-time players get older, I think it’s important to have gaming options that match their maturing interests, and this is a theme that’s not commonly explored. It took the efforts of multiple international teams to make the series a reality, and I’m proud to see these first entries preserved in a definitive physical edition by our partners at Funbox Media Ltd”— Joshua Michael French, Project Lead Eastasiasoft Limited
